Getting GSOD while launching RAGE
Well as the title of this particular thread is saying what issue I am facing. I have installed Rage on the laptop of mine. as I am trying to launch the game I am getting GSOD. Can you tell me why I am getting GSOD? Also let me know if you are having any speculation on this particular. Any help in this particular matter will be highly appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.

After going through the issue of yours I wanted to collect some vital information which will help me to get the root cause of the problem.
Which operating system do you running?
What is the hard ware configuration? Do you have installed all the necessary drivers? Let me know if you are having any other information to get the root cause of the issue.

In this particular situation I am suggesting that you should launch the game as administrator of the computer.
You should right click on the exe file of the game and the you have to click on the Run as Administrator and see whether the issue is persisting or not.

Well I am suggesting that you should verify the integrity of the game cache.
You should load Steam.
Now go for the Library section and then you have to right click on the game.
Once you have done the same you should click on the Properties.
From the Properties menu you have to click on the Local Files tab.
Finally you have to click on the Verify the integrity of the game cache button.

The back ground process might be interfering with the game. well to fix the matter of yours I am suggesting that you should clean boot the computer of yours and see whether it was useful to you or not.

Well I am suspecting that there is an issue with the graphic card drivers and DirectX, what I am suggesting that you should visit the official website and get the latest version of the above mentioned software. I wanted to tell you that you should download and install the graphic card driver and DirectX on the computer and after completing with the installation you should reboot the computer of yours.

According to me you are require to reinstall the game on the computer and after reinstalling you should restart the system of yours.

I am doubting that the GSOD might be occurring because of the bug issue. So it should be fixed by the developer of the game. Well you will require to file a bug report to them the developer of the game will work on the same and they will release the patch which will be helpful to fix the matter of yours.
