Wireless Modem Router: Firefox not working

Firefox not working
Hi all,
Whenever i click firefox shortcut on my desktop, nothing happens. After some time i get pop up showing Firefox stopped working. Can anyone help me to solve this problem?

If you have AVG for an antivirus, that might be your problem. It's something to do with the firewall. If you can configure the firewall to allow the Firefox, then it might solve your problem. Try uninstall then re-install Firefox.

Firefox has an offline mode where it won't try to use the Internet. If your Firefox is in offline mode, it will show offline mode when you try to use web sites. To turn off offline mode:
Open the File menu.
If there is a check mark beside Work offline, click Work offline to remove the check mark.
Verify that your connection settings in Firefox are correct. You can use the settings of a program that works as a reference.

Go to the program installation folder 'C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox' and delete the 'xpicleanup.exe' file. Make sure Firefox is not running when you do this. You should be able to start Firefox after that.
