I still cannot get in. But at least I got the option to send out something on the Invite Friends thing. That's the first time I've gotten that since I haven't been able to get in. Frustrating but happy to see I was wrong, Zynga did fix it and for the moment, I have just a small issue that I'm sure will be resolved.

re: How to fix Loading difficulty in The Pioneer Trail
I have already contacted support and got a reply asking me to supply the information below. I attempted to reply to that email and it told me that was an unattended mailbox. I then attempted to start another support ticket with this information and I included the text from the reply email zynga had sent me. The submit email support page gets stuck once I choose that I play the game on Facebook. The id box pops open and then disappears so that I cannot put anything into it and I cannot continue at all with the support page. My pt did load on another laptop. That laptop is running adobe flash 10.3.181.34 and had never been upgraded to the latest flash player. I tried reverting to flash player 10.3.181.34 on my own laptop and it still did not work. My laptop is now backing to the latest version of flash.

I just drop by to say that I am able to load the game now after being locked out for 10 days. Don't know if it has anything to do with the image on the loading page (the front page you see before the game loads completely), but after FTV changes it to different image - suddenly I can load the game after 10-15 secs! Not only that I can get on the trail, I notice that the game runs fast too. Thank you very much FTV for fixing this annoying bug.

I have just checked. I was able to accept gifts sent to me, but still cannot load. Cleaned my computer this morning and immediately went to PT. Played this game daily and spent money. Has this all been a waste of time!! Green bar does not fill and I have waited up to 30 minutes hoping, hoping, and hoping. I can load and play all other games. Do you guys have any idea about it?

Since today, I have the problem of "blasted internet" all the time (all the time does not mean a few times, I did at least 15 attempts with sometime between). I never had a problem with loading the game and today too, I always can get on the trail but after about 10 seconds I get the "blasted internet". When I come back I have to redo the same actions again and again. I choose other actions just to see if it was related to what I was doing. But no, I have it whatever I do. I closed my browser (Firefox), I cleaned (again) my cache, and I tried another browser (IE9). Nothing helped: I still have the problem. I don't know how much time I've refreshed the page and it still not working.

I seem to have the opposite problem of most other people. When I go to Pioneer Trail (the game) it goes straight to the trail, not my homestead. When I try to go to my homestead, I get the message that it is loading, but it never does (I usually give up on it after about an hour). I have spent untold hours & unknown amounts of money playing this game, and I really don't want to give it up. But is now getting frustrating beyond belief.

I can load the game but cannot respond to any of my friends' feeds. So I cannot give them anything for their quests. Not only can I not help them, but it also means its taking me FOREVER to do anything because I don't get the bonus parts I'd get for clicking on their feed posts. I've tried everything. Clearing cache, different browser, updated adobe, everything. It all worked great up till three/four days ago, and since then, when I click on a feed post, it just goes to a white screen and does nothing. Cannot get into any ZYNGA game & I play them all. Doesn't matter what computer I am on, it doesn't work on any of them. Either get a timed out connection or refresh over & over. It has "rewarded" me for the same quest every time I tried to log on for about 1 1/2 weeks.

This is getting ridiculous I am in the middle of a mission or doing something and I get a message that the blasted internet has gone quiet please refresh. I am getting really irritated with this. This also happens with frontier ville too. Can you please get it fixed or I am going to get rid of both the games and that would bad due to I am getting really high up on the levels.

re: How to fix Loading difficulty in The Pioneer Trail
I have not been able to play since Pioneer Trail started. 15 days and this is totally not acceptable. You can add additional levels of Pioneer Trail and fix all the little bugs but you still can't get everyone’s game to load. I have defragged, cleaned cache, downloaded Google Chrome, have the latest version of adobe, have checked for virus and still nothing. I can load my daughter’s game on my computer and it loads with no problem. But not mine still says error on page. So what now, another message from you saying I will be contacted in 18 hours and then another generic letter saying you are aware of the problem and your working on it? Well if you can't fix it take it off and at least let us play frontierville. I was in the process of working on timed missions which I know have expired and I can't finish them, I have crops planted which have now withered, and was also working on my badges.

I also am having a lot of problems loading. I can get to my homestead but once there all my things won't load, no neighbors, all my people are the "ghost" version of themselves, can't get into inventory or anything. Maybe it'll get fixed soon.

Re: How to fix Loading difficulty in The Pioneer Trail
Does anyone know why I can't get my game to load? I've been trying since Friday. I got it to load from a different browser once in the last 4 days and that's it! The load bar only gets to about 95% and it will stay like that forever! Could it be a browser security issue? Any help would be appreciated!!!

Describe the issue in detail: It gives me the same message "Page Not Found" and I haven't been able to get in since the Pioneerville Expansion took over for me this morning. I was able to access it on Saturday (before it prompted me to go to Pioneerville) but can't access it now.
