In FireFox, you can view the files stored in both your memory and file cache. In the Address Bar, type – about:cache. This results a page that allows you to view a summary of your browser cache and also allows you to browse the files stored in the cache.

Re: How to search Firefox cache
To view FireFox cache files, there is a hidden configuration interface - ‘about:’ URIs (Uniform Resource Identifiers) that needs to be used.

It's very simple,
Type in about:cache into Firefox’s address field > press Go button
This will view the page on Information about the Cache Service with links to the contents and entries of the browser’s memory cache device and disk cache device. Also available is information of FireFox cache directory and maximum storage size.

Click on List Cache Entries link URL - The cached files or cached objects are displayed with their own source link location, i.e. the object’s original link location URL where it’s been called.

Download CacheViewer which is the FireFox add-on for viewing cache files.
