Contract negotiation in Football Manager 2012
Hello guys I am having small query regarding to contract negotiation in this game. I am now managing Barcelona and there are a number of key players similar to Xavi and Puyol who decline to negotiate a fresh contract in the company of me. I am not getting what’s the reason behind it? So if you guys know anything then please share it with me.

They from time to time say that however will sign offering additional cafhola will kind this out apart from Messi for the reason that he’s on 300k and you are able to simply offer 150k as a result he most likely will leave on the way to EVERTON and obtain payed 70k as a substitute.

You surprise me how much some of the players really want to sign or re-sign. For example, Spanish league player, boy, few first team appearances, small club, earning £ 600 a week. I come with an offer; the club agrees and says that you cannot pay enough. At this point, Peterhead Scottish champions are playing in the Champions League, so they can offer you £ 9.5ka week and a 180k signing bonus. Almost 16 times what is in addition to Champions League football? But he will not sign because we cannot pay enough. I wonder exactly how much he really wanted, instead of saying we cannot pay enough. The players are mercenaries, if you pay, they will come.

You are a talented player in Barcelona waiting for their chance in the first team and become an instant millionaire who hopes you trap a contract 30k/week quite easily once you break through and once it is established the sky is the a percentage limit on transfers of whether to go ahead and rights of the media, etc, the backing of one of the biggest clubs in the world.

Peterhead Scottish champions come today to offer an insignificant 9.5k/week wages to go to Scotland, where you've never been before, you know very well that if you move there, most likely you will never have another opportunity in a club like Barcelona - he does not expect to impress Peterhead especially in continental competitions and doing well in Scotland, while not going to be good enough to make Barcelona believes it can compete against the best in the world.

This is how it should work. Except it was not in Barcelona. It was Getafe. Anyway, the point he was making is that there is an "I do not dream of playing for a club so small" message. I've had that. It all adds to the fun of transforming a cow for a field of oil refinery in a European super power with a huge stadium. So if I do not understand, but getting to the "you cannot pay enough," I want to know how much.

If he will not come, is enough, and then hit me with "The club is shit, you got to be kidding" message as it is fun / challenging. Or, alternatively, "I will not again, it is cold and wet, and I hope to play for Barcelona." would be just as good. More variety Marc! Indeed, in the third year of Peterhead in the Champions League, we just cover our group (and was a hard one) and qualified for the knockout stages for the first time.

Perhaps the example was not the best, but clearly there is something suspicious about the transfer system. Messi should not go to Everton, when he is 27. Kaka and Eto'o should not be signed by EC Boa in a free country (I was Boa CE). You should check if possible.

Messi's situation was a mistake and FMHI is set for 2012. (I can explain what was happening, but instead geek and confused, just say you should not have happened and rectified). I have to admit I was annoyed at certain points in the game that my goals have been to transfer the same equipment in the same league for less money than what I was offering.
