I have every FM and CM. The game is superior. The fresh skin is sensible. The interaction through the players is immense. The games are extremely pleasurable to watch. Why not put an adjustable difficulty level of the menu: easy, medium, hard. Everybody would be happy.

I am not happy with this Idea. If you are finding the game too easy then hard to pick a team, if I wanted to make the game additional complicated, through a top side in Europe, nevertheless why not set your management understanding to semi-pro footballer?
