Gigabyte also makes cards compatible Phenom II

After Asus and MSI, it is the turn of Gigabyte to disclose which of its motherboards already marketed bear the engraved processors in 45 nm and AMD Phenom II in particular, who use socket AM2 + or AM3 and should be available in January 2009.
Remember socket AM3 is identical to the pin for pin socket AM2 and AM2 +. Featuring a dual controller DDR3 RAM DDR2 but also, AM3 processors are actually backward-compatible and can be used on a selection of AM2 + motherboards. AM2 motherboards will not be used because they are not compatible with technology used by HyperTransport 3.0 processor AM2 + and AM3.
It is again a bloated selection of motherboards AMD 740G chipsets, 770, 780G, 790X, 790FX and 790GX in two motherboards chipset nForce 750 SLI NVIDIA GeForce 8200 and which can accommodate a future AMD processors with a Free updated BIOS.
