Make sure you have installed the latest version of the Apple TV Software. If you use Mac OS X v10.6 Snow Leopard then you need to make sure you have installed the update Bonjour Update 2010-001 or later. (You need to restart the computer after installing this update to apply the changes). It can stream and sync from different computers at the same time. If you have configured your Apple TV to transmit from another iTunes library, Apple TV is not available on iTunes. Go to the font menu of Apple TV and select the computer from which you try to synchronize.

First of all, Verify that the Apple TV is connected to the network and the network is configured properly. When setting up your Apple TV if you do not see your wireless network, leave the selection screen by pressing the Menu button, then returns to the screen and the software will try to find the net. Make sure Apple TV is on and properly connected to your TV, and you can navigate the interface of Apple TV.

You need to make sure that you have installed the latest version of iTunes. If the problem is not solved reconnect the Apple TV to iTunes

1. Select iTunes> Preferences (Mac) or Edit> Preferences (Windows)Click on Apple TV and make sure "Look for Apple TVs" is selected.
2. If you have activated the firewall in Mac OS X (in the Sharing pane of System Preferences), make sure that "Sharing iTunes music" is selected.
3. Open iTunes on your computer.
4. In the device list, select the Apple TV icon that appears next to "Configure".
5. Enter the five-digit password appears on the TV screen.

If you continue to experience difficulties, try restarting your computer by disconnecting the power cables:

* Apple TV
* your TV
* wireless networking equipment or AirPort Base Station
* the router's power supply

Wait 20 seconds and reconnect it all again.

If the status light on the Apple TV does not flash white when you press a button on the remote, it is possible that the problem is related to the remote control. Search "The remote control does not work". Hold the button Menu Apple Remote to return to Main Apple TV menu. Reset Apple TV by unplugging the power outlet, wait five seconds and power on. Unplug the TV, wait five seconds and power on. Make sure your TV is working properly.
