How to block Flash advertise on Firefox
Hi,, i need some urgent help from you all guys. I am using Windows Vista with Firefox as my default web browser. Now as per my job profile i need to visit some particulars site every day for the whole working time. But there are some flash advertisements on those site particular sites that are much annoying for me. So i wanted to know is there any way to stop those Flash ads on my Firefox browser ? If yes, please let me know how. Thanks for the kindness.

There are many ways to block ads in Firefox browser but some of them won't block flash advertisements. So the best solution i can suggest you is an Add-on called as ‘Adblock Plus’ . It block unnecessary advertisements with a single click.Right-click on a banner and choose "Adblock" from the context menu - the banner won't be downloaded again.

To install the add-on, open Firefox and click on this link and than click “Add to Firefox”

Adblock Plus blocks many of the website ads and banners that fill your screen as you surf the 'net. Right-click on a banner and choose "Adblock" from the context menu - the banner won't be downloaded again. Maybe even replace parts of the banner address with star symbols to block similar banners as well. Or you select a filter subscription when Adblock Plus starts up the first time, then even this simple task will usually be unnecessary: the filter subscription will block most advertisements fully automatically.

You just need to Install Adblock Plus and get rid of the flash ads.Once installed restart Firefox and than click Tools-Options and enable the Add-on. You can also try adblock.exe for the same. For more info on these plug-ins just go through this Link: Firefox adblock.exe ad blocker
