I hope someone can help me and thanks.

The messenger version 2009 bring you many problems. The best solution is to uninstall and reinstall Windows Live Messenger 8.5

To uninstall correctly (version 2009), You use the software to uninstall WLM 2009 on this link.

Then with CCleaner (always on the same page) do you clean the register, by clicking> Search error, then> Correct errors (thus removing the registry keys after uninstallation)

Subsequently, installs version 8.5 of WLM and all will be better !!!

I had this problem before and now it is fixed. What I did was, go to Start Menu, click on Control Panel, then click on Add / Remove Programs and click Change / Remove for Windows Live Essentials. When Windows Live window appears, click repair and then continue. They are then asked to restart the computer. After I did that worked. If that fails, try deleting instead of repairing and reinstalling.
